Sometimes people want to make appointments for a spouse or loved one. Unless the appointment is for a youngster, it’s best that the adult (18 yrs or older) make his or her own appointment.

The office building houses Quest Diagnostics, a familiar site to many people. The office location is just south of the intersection of Glenwood and Hammes. Provena St. Joseph Medical Center is a block west of the office. You will see the Quick Care entrance on the west side of Hammes, and 310 Hammes on the east side (there is a large sign for 310 Hammes….you can’t miss it!)
